So I'm back to reading manga! Currently, I'm looking forward to One Piece, Bleach, and Naruto every week... From today onwards, I'll be adding Inuyasha to it =] It finally ended some time ago after 558 chapters. That's like 10 long years ago, way back when I was still in Pri 1 I guess and I've never even heard of it before... But still, it's a great manga!

Also, some new animes to watch too haha. Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu is a nice one =] Gonna start rewatching Shugo Chara too.

Once Again

SILVER =] Haha, got tt for napfa. lol if I had done 2 more pull-ups I wld have gotten a Gold. But anw, silver is enough for me as it's a nicer color than gold.

Well, almost all mid-year papers were returned, except for Eng Paper 1 and E. Geog. Was kinda disappointed with Chi la. Thru this exam I came to realise that those subjects which u think u will do well in doesnt usually turn out well, whereas those which u do not have confidence in turns out to be excellent.

Well, just have to depend on Eng for L1 liaox la. Mr Seow still said wad 50% of students achieved a distinction in HCL last year for O levels. After this exam, I just feel that wad a great joke tt is. Either their standards are too high or our standards are super low...

Got back quite a few papers today. SS was one of them. Nv write cross-refer = DIE

One good lesson learnt in this mid-years for SS. Haix, still quite disappointed though. Why must comb. humans be included in R5. Hate this totally. Now my geog is my only hope. Praying hard for it.

The rest of the papers received today were still ok la. Satisfied with them.

Anw tmr is the big day. NAPFA test =] Definitely looking forward to it, especially pull-ups. u may think I'm sadistic for looking forward to pull-ups but seriously, it's kinda fun and u all will grow to love it.

Girls shld try it too. Trust me.

Weeks since I last blogged, nt bcuz I dun want but cuz I can't. Blogger has some serious bugs infesting in their server computers. Well anw today marked the end of the 3 weeks long MYE. Finally the time to relax has arrived. Think will be getting my Nintendo DS and Pokemon Pearl soon =] Maybe at this end of month. HAHAHA

Well though am seriously happy tt MYE is over, there is still some disappointment la. Both languages are a goner, especially Eng. Followed by both Phy & Bio Papers 1. Phy was so damn crap manns... Even got the V-shaped object pressure qn wrong... Dunno wads wrong with me tt day la. Totally no concentration at all.

Well, today was Phy and Chem SPAs and these marked the end of the exams. Straight away after tt our super-efficient B Lim returned us our E Math paper. Was satisfied with my results =]

Changing the topic, S.H.E's tenth album, PLAY was out on 11 May. Containing eleven stunning new songs, they are simply music to ur ears. Plz show ur support by heading to the nearest music store and grab one now. Thanks =]

An excellent day today for 2 reasons. Speech day was nice =] Thanks to all those who cheered for us. 4o3'o7 rocks!

Another happy thing was the pre-ordering of S.H.E Play album. Made my pre-order today in Jurong. Found out there were 2 different gifts so might as well buy 2 albums then. Can sell the extra one but keep the gift. Haha =]

Rubik's Craze

Last year was diabolo. This year was Rubik's Cube, all thanks to cp. Ytd nite, learnt the techniques of solving this cube from a very good webby www.learn2cube.com. Instructions are clear and self-explanatory. Steps are not hard to memorise at all too. Finally in today's evening, managed to solve the cube for the very first time in my life. Felt a great sense of achievement =]

From now onwards, it's all about speed, Speed, SPeed, SPEed, SPEEd, SPEED.

Yeah my blog is finally revamped after about 4 months of break. Finally plucked up the courage ytd to revamp it... But still, what's a revamp without any new posts? So here it is... My first new post =]

Well, had e. geog test first thing in the morning. Shld be passable. Was solving the 5 star sudoku puzzle b4 tt. Nv seen one with 5 star b4... Shocked me... Wrote out all the possibilities to solve it... Is this really unnecessary? Hope will be able to solve it next time without the use of possibilities...

Next up was Chem. Electrochemistry is the worse chp I ever came across. So bored such tt it is even borer than e. math transformations. Then after tt we had CEP. Played some lame Nation Building game... High score was only like 480,000...

Well, this calls for a celebration. B Lim will be absent on Wednesday. Best event in the week =]

The Cat Returns

It has been quite a long time since I blogged. Not bcuz I'm busy, just that I'm lazy. Well, ytd I took part in the church choir singing on the stage! Was a fun experience, doing all those actions and singing some Christmas Carols in front of such a big audience. However, some hiccups happened to me cuz I wore the wrong-coloured polo tee... Ended up having to change my polo tee with a VERY KIND stranger who agreed to change with me =) THANKS!!!

Very fortunately, the lyrics of those songs were shown on a big screen in front of us... To those (like me) who did not remember the lyrics of the songs, the screen was a great blessing to us... XD

Anyway, today was quite a happy day for me... First of all (you all may say that I am childish), in my Pokemon LeafGreen version, I finally have some of the rarest pokemon which only about say 0.01% of the world has? Well, they are 2 SHINING MEWS, 2 JIRACHIS, 1 HO-OH, & 1 DEOXYS.

Hehe, I bet all of you who play Pokemon before don't even have one of these... WAHAHA XD

Well, back to the topic. Erm hem, ever heard before Fish Leong's Xiao Shou La Da Shou? I highly recommend this new beautiful song found in her latest album Qin Qin. This song is actually resung by her from a Japanese song. The title of this Japanese song is Kaze Ni Naru by Tsuji Ayano, a very peaceful and relaxing song =) You will definitely love it after listening to it for the very first time! Trust me, quality guaranteed XD

And this song, Kaze Ni Naru, is the theme song of a Japanese cartoon called "The Cat Returns". This is another film from Ghibli Studio in 2002. If you have heard before Spirited Away or Howl's Moving Castle, you will definitely love this movie!!! Once again, TRUST ME, QUALITY GUARANTEED

Well, besides Kaze Ni Naru, I would also like to recommend Graduation by Vitamin C =) A very touching song, especially when you hear it when you graduate from Sec 4... I would definitely not want that day to arrive that soon.

Story 1
A guy and a girl were speeding 100 mph down the road on a motorcycle.

303 Class Chalet

Tired... Terribly tired after one whole sleepless night. Overall, the only thing we did in the chalet was to play Asshole Dai Di & Monopoly!?! Hahaha. Asshole Dai Di is a good game. Seriously, especially when you are always the King and the one whom you dislike is always the Asshole. Hehehe.

Well, good memories are meant to be kept... Won't say much here... Haha, too exhausted for any more words.

Cultural Potpourri Nite

Been anticipating this day for so long and it ended so fast too. Woke up today at ard 3pm today so that I will be wide awake during the concert. After dressing up neatly, went to meet up with Chin Meng & Chiu Ping at City Hall MRT. They were so early manns... Arrived 20 min earlier at 4.40pm. Lucky I was clever and arrived a bit late at 5.05pm XD

After that, went for our dinner at KFC in Marina Square... Saw Jin Hong at the entrance there then made our way together to Victoria Concert Hall. Upon reaching there, thought that we had went into the wrong concert hall cuz another sec sch was also having their Cultural Nite there. Went further up and saw the right one.

Saw quite a lot of familiar friends there and some even from our class. Soon after, the concert started. This year, dunno why there are no Dance & Drama. Was quite disappointed over this. Besides, the duration for the whole concert was also quite short.

Anyway, there are still 5 performing groups and they are the Band, Choir, Chinese Orchestra, Guzheng Ensemble, & the Harp Ensemble. My fave among this 5 had to be the Bee Gees item put up by the band XD Was totally hyped up after listening to it =) The tune is also quite familiar.

After the whole concert ended, I then went to look for Vivian to return her the Goong CDs as well as the Labixiaoxin CDs to Jiaqian. Then I suggested to Chin Meng & Chiu Ping KFC again! But they said no... Then decided to go Mac...

On the way there, saw Joyce, Huiwen & Shuyi then went together to the Mac in Marina Square. Before that, we were debating on whether to go to Lau Pa Sat or Mac... In the end, Mac was the choice. Ate our dinner there then Shuyi went home after that. This left me, Chin Meng, Chiu Ping, Huiwen, & Joyce. We then went ard the place to look at the scenery XD lol

Chatted along the way and joked so much... Kept teasing Joyce and cp XD Haha... At ard midnight, Chin Meng left the group... So left us 4. Walked around the area again and also took some photos at a dunno-wat-name bridge. It was beautiful though, very shining with all the lights on. After what seemed a million of unsuccessful tries, we then asked someone to help us take the photo =)

After that, we finally decided to go home. Well, joked quite a lot among us and I also dunno that Huiwen CAN be that scary... Wahaha... Luckily I dodged fast enough, if not I would have suffered a hit XD We finally reached the MRT station and I asked the operations manager there whether we can still board the East-West train. Was totally xianx after hearing from him that the last MRT train has already left. We then decided to take a bus home.

We went separate ways after that. Me and Joyce took 145 then Huiwen and Chiu Ping took 197. Talked quite a lot with Joyce in the bus and was happy after learning from her that the Chinese O level marks may moderate down... This means there will be more ppl who will be scoring a distinction! Hope I will be one of them XD

After alighting from the bus, Joyce then took a taxi home and I walked back. It was already 0045 when I reached home... Lucky my mum didn't scold XD

Well, gonna have an early rest today as there's still CCA tml. Hope is not stocktaking... Haha... Anyways, will definitely go to the Cultural Potpourri again next year!!! Well nitex =)

The End of Internship...

The past few days has indeed been memorable for me... My internship attachment with Elpmis started last Monday and ended today, just in a blink of an eye... Basically, I just helped in the miscellaneous part of organizing the Robofest competition. Like cutting stuffs and ushering competitors... Haha XD

But in this internship, I also got to know more people in Inno, like Gibson... He looks like a serious and clever little boy... But if you get too close to him, you will experience his wrath... Get bullied by him... lol Wun further explain here...

The closing ceremony of this internship was held at Marina South's Zhen Fa Huo Hai Xian =) Had quite a 'full' and fun dinner there... Was sitting there with Gibby and crapping all through the dinner... Also, was shocked when seeing the live prawns right infront of me just jump out of the tray... Nearly fell off my chair... LOL

Initially when I heard that the dinner would be a steamboat, I was so euphoric... But in the end, we are all so full after a few little servings of food and the $12 we paid was not worthwhile at all... Haix, just can't eat that much during a steamboat or BBQ.

At around 2130, we started to go home. ON the way in the train, was also crapping too... Talking about Bermuda Triangle and wad Loch Ness Monster... Then kept teasing Gibby that he likes ***** lol So funny...

Got off at Buona Vista together with Ticko and walked home from there. A tiring day it had been today and am looking forward to the next internship if there is another one next year. Wahaha XD

Robofest!!!

A miracle! A miracle! A miracle!!! Today was the preliminary rounds of the Robofest competition held at Cineleisure. My team was extremely anxious... We saw so many other teams capturing the balls and there were even some who even brought them back to the base... Whereas for us, we can't even bring the balls up the ramp... What a disappointment...

Then, in the first actual round of the competition, our robot CRASHED to the ground in front of the public... SO embarrassed... Then in the rest of the 2 min, I quickly tried to fix back the robot but then it was nearly fixed, the 2 min was up. *sniffs* The other robot built by Leon can't go down the ramp... Thus, our team got a ZERO. Yup. SO honoured. lol

After that, we went back up to the iShop for the second round... The 2 missions are the same, but they will tajke the higher of the 2 scores. We were told that we have to go down to the public to compete so as to publicise ourselves... In the end, we made a fool out of ourselves... Anyway, up there, we managed to get 10 points!!! We just touched 2 of the 4 balls and 10 points belonged to us. So lucky right??? Wahaha...

With just 10 points, I highly doubt that we will be able to enter the finals... I saw other groups with points of 15 or 20... Haix... Thus, we left home with a feeling of emptiness...

After I went home and took a bath, I received a phone call from Zhihao... Guess wad? He told me that we are one of the 7 teams who entered the finals. . . I was stunned... We only got 10 points and we actually entered the finals??? This is so unbelievable... Besides us, the other Nan Hua team who entered the finals was Gibson's group. Wish us both luck tomorrow... We will need it... Wahaha... Thanks...

Anyway, I am looking forward to next week's Cultural Potpourri!!! Haha!!! ALL PERFORMERS, BETTER DO YOUR BEST!!! =)

REVERSI!!!

Quite a long time since I posted... And this blog is dying I think... Well, I won't let that happen though. Wahaha. Well, was quite tired in the past few days bcuz of internship. I started joining this internship thingy on Monday as I wanted to try out how it feels to be working (no pay though XD). Well, two words for it- tiring but fun. Hehe.

Had to reach Orchard Cineleisure early in the morning... After that, helped in the smooth running of the competition... Move TVs, usher the competitors up and down, pack goodie bags, blah blah blah... Anyway, had much fun in this internship with all of the other ppl. One of them, Gibson a.k.a Gibi... Well, he is just not right in his mind. -_-

Anyway, this internship is gonna end next Monday, and next Tuesday is the Cultural Potpourri =) Am looking forward to it. Wahaha... Also, tomorrow is the Robofest Competition... Me, Leon, & Zhihao in one team... Wish us luck... Haha...

Now... The most important thing... REVERSI!!! Well, right now, my greatest opponent is Jansen... Haha... Well, not counting those online Yahoo! challengers. They are extremely pro. Till now, I only won him twice. Hope this number will grow. Hehe. Besides him, Leon & Shangkai are also very scary... Cedric Yau also... Lost to him... ARGH!!! Well, right now, I will challenge EVERYONE in my contact list except for them. After I have won all of them, I would then challenge these 4 ppl again. Wahaha... REVERSI RAWKS!!!

A "Wonderful" Shopping Experience

Yesterday, Tristan and me agreed to go to Vivocity together to shop for my jacket. Today, we went to vivocity as agreed, followed by 5 other shopping destinations =) This was solely due to my indecisiveness and my "Whoa so ex!" mentality.

At Vivocity, didn't see what I like. The things were either too ex or not up to my taste. There was one jacket which I thought was quite nice, but was told from the salesperson that that is for girls... lol Well, too ashamed to carry on there, so went to Bugis Junction next. There, I saw one jacket in Samuel & Kevin. Wanted it initially but after trying it on, thought that it didn't suit me. So, gone again.

Upon reaching Raffles City Shopping Centre, went to look around the shops and chanced upon the Billabong store... As expected... Well, I have nothing to say. Legs were tired, so went to Burger King to rest and play Yugioh... And I still can't find one which I like!!! So our next destination is Orchard... Suddenly rmb that Swankentong (Swan + Chicken + Sotong) wanted a Tasmanian Devil thingy for Christmas present... So decided to look for it... Wah... It seems that that is the most unpopular character among the Looney Tunes characters... Saw loads of Sylvester and Tweety... But not even 1 Tasmanian Devil... Argh... Will continue to look for it though =)

Anyway, we continued to walk along the streets of Orchard and finally, I saw the jacket which I have been waiting so long for! Haha, naturally, I went to try it and it looks great on me =) This is just a plain pure beige jacket with NO designs at all. Haha... Took me a long time to find such a jacket...

Anyway, felt jubilant after buying that jacket and made my way together with Tristan to Queensway Shopping Centre, which was also our last destination. With my jacket ready, I am now left with a long brown pants... Right now, I have black, blue, khaki, & olive green. With a brown pants, I will be perfect... lol jkjk...

Shopped around and found out that some of the clothings in Queensway Shopping Centre are extremely cheap... I found my long brown pants and it costs only $20!!! Too bad the size is too large for me... Haiz... Anyway, I am only left with only a few dollars then so I can only look around =)

After finding no pants suitable for me, we thus went home... Tomorrow, some of my classmates and I are going to Toa Payoh Central... Recommended by Leon Yoon... Do hope that there are some good brown pants there... Wahahah...

Stock Exchange Day 2

What a lucky day it had been today. Our school set off to Ngee Ann Polytechnic early in the morning for The Singapore Stock Exchange Day 2. We began to read the newspapers only when we reached there... A bit of a rush and we were quite nervous. Btw, the articles in the newspapers are all fake, & the name of the newspaper is AP Currents. Funny right?

All the news in the newspapers are related to the increase or decrease of the prices of all th e stocks, so it is extremely important to dig out all important information from the news. The whole game is divided into 8 rounds and in each round, a new set of AP Currents would be given to us. The whole game was extremely fun & exhilarating.

After the transactions had been done, the new stock prices will be shown on 2 big screens found in the auditorium. At the very last round, the AP Currents stated that both the prices of Vibrant Videos & Mega Music should have dropped... And thus, we sold them, feeling so elated, whereas Chains of Money(Weili, Jansen, Kok Tong) decided to keep them. In the end, they got the last laugh as their prices went up... Argh... In addition, these 2 became the dividend stocks and they got an extra bonus of $800!!! (They got 8 stocks of each, and each stock of a dividend stock entitles you to a bonus of $50). Haiz, we had made a wrong decision...

At the end of the 8 rounds, it was time for us to consolidate our total earnings from the cash-on-hand as well as our stocks. Our total earnings? A whooping $8320 from a measly $1200 =)
Chains of Money had about $8100 while the winning team had $8660... We were just $340 away from them... What a waste... And they told us that they kept on to both VV & MM... Argh...

Nonetheless, our team The No Time Brokerz (Me, Juehan & Tefu) were ranked second in the All-boys category and that was a very great achievement. Chains of Money was third in position. For the All-girls category, Money Poperation(Rossellini, Liyan & Weiqi) or whatever that group is called was ranked second, whereas the Ladies Deva Ju or Deja Vu was ranked first! As you can see, Nan Hua had 4winning teams out of a total of 6 (3 from All-boys, 2 from All-girls, & 1 from Mixed) and this is indeed a splendid achievement! Hooray!!! NAN HUA DOMINATES!!! lol... jkjk...

Anyway, the prizes for each team in the winners' circle is a photograph=) as well as a $30 Borders gift card. Extremely jubilant!!! Though we didn't clinch the trophy, it was still a worthwhile experience.

From this experience, my ambition is even clearer now- To be a BANKER in the finance area and also to earn my first million before the age of 25!!! YAY =)

Stock Exchange Day 1

What a day. Had a whole day's briefing for the Stock Exchange Competition which is going to be held tomorrow. Was extremely tired throughout the whole day due to late night sleeping. Anyway, it was quite fun though thanks to the constant jokes from LD, RB, & GK...

Teamed up with Juehan and Tefu in this challenge. Our team name was No Time, meaning is "Profits in NO TIME!". Yeah, and we got our idea from Chin Meng's group I think. Theirs was Big Time. I was in charge of making the name tags... In the end, I made a clock using drawing block and the end-product looks quite funny... Well, nvm la, cuz it only lasts for another day...

After the event ended, took bus 184 together with the rest to Clementi MRT station... After that went to Bugis Junction to meet up with Jiaqian to borrow her Goong CDs... THANKS=) Well, the Goong craze seems to be going on strong so I might as well take a look for myself... Hope to finish it as soon as possible, provided that it's good... Wahaha...

VIVOCITY!!!

30 October marked the end of the Chinese O Level exam. Only thing to say about it- Scare of li ti in the compo... Didn't touched on the point of DAN XIN (worrying)... Dead meat I think. Well, paper 2 was no different. Anyway, just glad that it's over. Time to have fun from now on!

Today it's CCA, and the venue was quite special. Not school, not Design Studio, not anyone's house, but at Vivocity! This is the first time I have ever been here, and it has been a real eye-opener. First of all, it's BIG. Well, the newspaper did state that it will take 2 days to fully explore it, but I feel that that is quite exaggerating...

We started off the game by getting a map, and 1 look of it freaked me out... Over 100 shops in 1 shopping complex. That's cool. LOL The game was just like the 303 outing... Finding stuffs amidst a big and confusing place. The worst object to find of all was no doubt the "Lucy the star Catcher". You may think that it is a soft toy or something...

In the end, it turned out to be a BOOK. Took us ages to find it... If not for a clue from the organizers, I doubt we would ever find it... LOL Anyway, had a fun time too on the playground, especially the rotating wheel... Took us some time to figure out how to spin it when all of us were standing on top of it... In the end, it spun so fast it caused all of us to tumble down... LOL...

After that, we went one storey above to the skygarden where we can enter the pool, though I didn't enter... Haha... Some of us were playing Truth or Dare while some were in the arcade... Was extremely unlucky for some... Heehee, expecially Zhen Guo and Ticko... Though Ticko may had enjoyed the Dare (He was dared to go to 2 girls- 2 UNFAMILIAR girls and say Hi to them... Another Dare was to challenge him to treat some girls to biscuits...) Zhen Guo, on the other hand, had easier tasks... But too bad for him, I think he was unluckily chosen for more than 10 times... And what's more, I was NOT chosen for even a single time in the Dare section... Heehee... Damn lucky... So big-sized also never hit me a single time... LOL

After that, it was time to go home. But before that, we went to shop for some clothes... My aims- A dark brown long pants and a beige not-too-thick cotton jacket. The former is easier to find... Found it in Samuel & Kevin... The latter is the most difficult of all... Have to find a comfortable one but yet cannot be too expensive... All I see are those which cost around $80... Freaks me out... Well, will have to continue searching for one... Budget around $50 to $60 baas... Have to start saving now... Haiz...

Well, time to have an early rest. Schedule for tomorrow is packed full with remedials... Argh... Well nitez everyone =) zzzzz...

Closure of School!!!

Today has been a really fruitful day for me. Feeling extremely jubilant and jumping all around now =) Well, maybe I'm too exaggerative... Heehee XD There are a couple of reasons for this jubilance.

Firstly, I made $1.50 from Weili for helping him to draw 120 MgO structures... 8 for 10 cents... LOL XD Well, if anyone of you in the future needs to draw any other structures such as diamond or graphite, don't hesitate to look for me. Prices are negotiable.

Secondly, I finally found someone to go to the S.H.E autograph session on Friday XD Well, Chen Yu is definitely going... 2 more are still deciding... Hope they can go too so can play Dai Di together... Anyone else who wanna go are also welcomed =)

Thirdly, we received our report books today... Well, I can only say that I am extremely pleased with my results and can ask for nothing more. My hardwork has finally paid off =) Yay!

Next, today is the closure day of NHHS!!! I'm so happy =) Tomorrow will be the LAST day of my Sec 3 life! But it is also the dawn of the O' Level Chinese exam... Argh... Well, just gotta do my best then XD

Pre-Holidays Blues

Haiz. The year end holidays haven't even start but now I am already beginning to feel bored. Can't imagine how I am gonna survive the 2 long months of boredom. Fortunately, some of the teachers have prepared some remedial classes for us... These will hopefully kill SOME of our boredom... Beats slacking at home and doing nothing...

Well, just finished watching the last few episodes of Fruits Basket. Everytime I watch this anime, I never fail to get over emotional... I must say that this anime teaches us a lot of things, things which allow us to grow up becoming stronger in our character. One of my favourite scenes has to be in episode 15, whereby Momiji tells of his sad past between him and his mum. I don't deny that this is the most touching scene in the whole of this anime...

Besides that, I also love the part of Tohru accepting the true appearance of Kyo as a cat demon...
But still there are also some funny scenes in this anime which include Yuki beating up his bro... XD

Another thing is that, I can't believe that I am so thick-skinned... After visiting my friend's blog and seeing that he is part of the Singapore Blogger Organization, I decided to try my luck by sending in my application... LOL. Hope will receive good news from them soon =)

Let me count... 1 day... 2 days... 1 week... 2 weeks... 3 weeks... 1 MONTH!!! Yup, this is the time I took since my last post till now. I am so proud of myself. Yeah! Well, the reason for me not blogging was very simple... Due to the exams and also my addiction to some games and animes... SO sad to have neglected this blog and left it covered in cobwebs... I hereby offer my sincere apologies...

Well, first of all, I am gonna talk about the End-of-Year Exams. They were finally over and no more slogging thru the night for me!!! (which I did for the Biology paper; a great experience though!) Well, I must say that some subjects were extremely difficult & nerve-wrecking... And I really have to salute those commendable teachers who set the Higher Chinese & Physics papers... A big thanks to them for making us learn ALL our mistakes at one go in these papers, & another thanks for 'proving' that the proverb "Making mistakes is always better than not making any" is right! Well, of cuz, all these are at the expense of our marks though... Anyway, what's done is done, it can't be undone. Just have to live with it... Haha...

You may say that I am childish... But my passion for Digimon just seems to resurface in me suddenly... Now, I have been rewatching the Digimon Adventure Season 1 over and over again, just like one is being addicted to Maple or RO... Another sudden addiction is towards The Legend of Zelda, which has become my fave RPG game ever, especially the Oracles series! Between these two, I prefer the Oracle of Ages, which involves the protagonist travelling between the past & present to solve puzzles and explore dungeons... Trust me, for those who wish to improve your Maths, then you MUST play this game! HAHA!!! This is undoubtedly an IQ game... Stimulates your pituitary gland to secrete more IQ juice...

Well, after completing the Oracle of Ages in 4 days, I am now playing The Minish Cap, and this is even more challenging... Which is of cuz better =) After completing this, I am off to play Link's Awakening... Whoa ho ho ho... The first few days for my holidays are reserved for these games... Yeah =)

It's time for some serious business now. And to test how serious we are, we took the Business Chinese Test on 7 October Monday at RVHS. This was indeed the most hilarious test I have ever taken... Imagine the whole class taking the oral exams for O' Levels in the same class room, AND at the same time... This will certainly be very fun... Also, 1 sad thing about this BCT was that I dun even know whether I have really recorded my conversation or not... I didn't hear my recordings when I rewinded and just handed in... This is exasperating...

Well, anyway, even if I fail or pass, not much of a problem to me cuz I not going into the business & entrepremeurship line when I grow up =) So just forget about it! Last of all, the haze has finally dissipated!!! Or close to it =) I can finally open my windows now! Heehee =p

Last but not least, I think we will be getting our papers back on Tuesday... Hereby wishing all those who have endured the long suffering and finish reading this extremely long post (also to those who got sick of reading this in the middle and jump straight to the end)

Digimon Episodes!!!

YAY!!! Extremely happy today cuz finally found a website for me to download all Digimon episodes... FROM SEASON 1 TO 4!!! Will download ALL in this period of time and after the End-of-Year exams, I will definitely reward myself by indulging myself in them... Bwahahaha...

CIP

Over. Finally over. 303 CIP was finally completed. We went to a children' home located near Aljunied today at noon. There, we had activities such as origami, balloon sculpturing, and also some performances with the children.

Haiz, very dejected now cuz I fumbled twice on my performances... Stupid mistakes I have made... Well, just have to get over with it. Hope will be able to succeed in the next time (though I wish there will not be anymore next times XD).

Was quite fun overall except for the performance. Another thing was that the children there were quite "extraordinary". When we were asking them to join in the fun and dance, one of them challenged us... to DIG OUR EYEBALL, & THAT BOY REALLY DID STUCK HIS FINGER UNDERNEATH HIS EYELID. I was totally freaked out and just walked away...

Well, after the CIP finally ended, the boys went to KFC together to have our lunch or dinner. Along the way in the MRT, we were stumbled by a riddle which Huiwen posed... I THINK it goes like this:

A man was driving in his car listening to some music on his radio player. Suddenly the music stopped and there was a moment of silence. After that, he took out a gun from his glovebox and shot himself. He was dead. Why is this so?

RoboNite & NJRC Day

On Wednesday after the Maths remedial, we had CIP training which lasted for about 2 hours. In this period of time, we practised the dance steps as well as the diabolo. Didn't go that well as I kept failing my 2 moves... =(

Well, anyway, after the CIP training was the start of the RoboNite. This CCA event lasted for 2 days and is organized for us to prepare our robots for the NJRC. Throughout the whole day, as well as the WHOLE NIGHT, we were busy programming & constructing the robot as well as preparing the booth design materials. In the end, most of us were only granted about 1 hour of sleep which is absolutely insufficient...

Just right after we woke up, it was time for the competition at Science Centre. We had to miss Maths remedial bcuz of this!!! This is getting sick man. Mrs Lim is gonna finish chp 11 by today, and we are gonna miss it!?!?!? Dunno how on earth are we going to catch up...

Well, during the competition, we had to continue to program our robot as it is still not done yet. In the end, the results were released. Not that good as we had expected. LOL

Anyway, this is our last year and we had all put our best in it... Just hope to leave some happy memories baa. After the competition ended, all of us left and I took 198 home...

At this point of time, I was even more unlucky... Bcuz I was SOOO tired, I began to doze off in the bus... Then instead of stopping at my house, I ended up alighting in Bukit Merah Interchange!!! What's more, when I woke up and found myself in a foreign place, I quickly alighted from the bus. It was at this point of time when I found out that my wallet is lost... ARGH!!! Luckily, it was the interchange so I could look for it in the bus with ease... In the end, it was found and no one has stolen it... Lucky, lucky...

Finally, I succumbed to my tiredness and decided to take a taxi home =) Had my dinner immediately at home and started to practise the additional dance steps & diabolo after that. Hope tomorrow's CIP will be a great success for all!!! XD

HOLIDAYS!!!

Today is a Saturday!!! So happy cuz is holiday time... But also very sad cuz the whole week is packed... EVERYDAY have to return to school... Well, the only rest time is today, tomorrow, next Saturday & Sunday.

That is why I allocated today solely for fun!!! Only one pathetic day... Anyway, was very happy cuz I finally finished School Rumble Season 1!!! The ending turned out to be quite lame too... So many dreams... But nevermind, cuz still got the 2nd Season!!! Already started today too =) Also waiting for Bleach episode 95 too. Think will be out next Monday XD

Well, heard a nice song today at Cold Storage. The title is 'To Be With You' by Mr Big. Think it is an oldie found in the 80s'. Well, I can only listen to it through Youtube. If anyone of you have it please send it to me!!!

One last thing to post today is that I can finally draw cubic graphs!!! XD

A Successful Presentation!!!

Hooray!!! Am very happy cuz the NJRC presentation yesterday turned out to be a great success!!! It seemed that the judges weren't as bad as I thought they would be... They didn't ask anything about the research and only asked for our reflections, which were a piece of cake!!! YAY =)

After the presentation ended, my teammates and I rushed back to school in a taxi to catch the Teachers' Day celebration performances. We were indeed very lucky cuz only 30 min had passed since the start of the celebration! The first performance we watched was the solo singing item put up by Joyce. It was good =) But would be better if there's no one singing in the background music...

All in all, I think that the most interesting & hilarious performance would have to be the fashion show put up by the new teachers... ESPECIALLY the Ah Lian dress by our Chem teacher... We laughed like mad...

Well, didn't return to primary school after that. Went home straight away cuz very tired... Then throughout the day watched anime and chatted with friends...

What a day it was!!!

Nowadays, life is getting more stressed even though the Common Tests are over. First off is the NJRC, which is occupying 3 days of the holidays... Also, the CIP is taking up a lot of our time... Well, just hope to do a good job at it and I will be very happy when it is over.

One terrible thing is that WE HAVE TO MISS THE THURSDAY MATHS REMEDIAL, & THIS IS EXTREMELY BAD!!! Can't believe that... Mrs Lim said that she is planning to finish the whole of Chp 11 on that day... AND WE ARE GOING TO MISS IT!!! ARGH!!!

Well, just have to study on our own then... Another major thing which happened today was that some of our students were sent to the parade square just because they forgot to do their homework... Well, won't elaborate much here...

Finally, tomorrow is the presentation day for NJRC & my legs are getting the jitters right now... Shaking uncontrollably... LOL. Well, in preparation for the presentation, my teammates and Tefu (went there just for fun) went to Shang Kai's house to work on the powerpoint slides.

In the end, the first thing we did was to 'dda ddeck'... Me, Shang Kai, Zhi Hao & Tefu were all playing and that left poor Leon Yoon doing the slides all on his own... Hmmm... He should have learnt how to play Yu-Gi-Oh so that he can join in as well... Hahaha...

Well, after the slides were done, we rehearsed many times to familiarise ourselves with the procedures. After that, we left and Leon Yoon's dad drove us to the MRT and I took 198 home... Was EXTREMELY frustrated... 198 arrived after about 25 min when I have reached the bus-stop... Should have taken the MRT to save time...

Well, shall stop here. Time to practise on the presentation. After that, it will be ANIME TIME!!!

A VERY lame Hike

So tiring today... Went for hiking at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve with classmates who are in non-sports & uniform CCAs. It was 'quite' fun actually... Only the part whereby we took the bus to reach there though...

Instead of taking the main road up (which is definitely easier), we were forced to go by the rugged and unstable path... Along the way up, there were many flights of stairs which were extremely physically tormenting... Also, there were many screams from the girls who were walking in front... Each with an interval of about 5 min... Dunno why they screamed for wat. Maybe they saw some things related to 7th month baa.

And after reaching the top, we found out that after such an exhausting climb, we had only climbed up a mere height of 163 m!?!?!? This is only about 2% of the height of Mt Everest. Can't believe how they managed to reach the summit of THAT mountain...

Well, finally, it is time to head home and take a good rest. One good thing about today was that 2 Cadbury Boosts entered my stomach...

3o3 Boys Gathering

Just back from the gathering at Kaywee's house and decided to blog... Well, early at 10 am, we arranged to meet at Jurong East MRT Interchange. After that we took a bus to his house.

The first programme that we had is soccer =) Played for about 1 hour and my team is thrashed by the opposite... Think is 6-1 baa. Haha... =( Well, Shang Kai, Tefu & me also talked about some stupid things la. Well, mainly concerning Tefu... Then he kept saying that SK was distorting the facts... And kept using colourful words =)

Well, after that, we went up to Kaywee's house and there, we DDA DDECK. What else can we do... Haha =) One frustrating thing was that... My NOOB deck nearly won Tefu's Exodd deck!!! Just because of a Mecha Dog and I lost... Haiz =(

The final programme was block catching... This is lame... And I know it. Haha =) Lucky I was not the first one to be caught... So I was not the catcher... But because I went to the opposite block, I was deemed as cheating and had to be the catcher in the second round... Well, had a total of 3 rounds and went to buy Archlord Zerato & Agent of Judgment- Saturn after that.

Finally, it was time to head home and get a good rest. And one more thing... I AM IN DEEP TROUBLE CUZ I CAN'T FIND MY SS 3B WORKBOOK!!!
